Get ready to MOVE!  DANCE FITNESS has arrived at Whitestone.

Each week Whitestone will be posting 2 DANCE FITNESS videos especially for our children to get up and get moving.

During the DANCE FITNESS sessions you will be:

    • Having fun
    • Smiling
    • Singing along to the great music

Nicola, our DANCE FITNESS coach (and Whitestone mumJ) says “as long as you’re moving, you’re grooving.”

So go on to TEAMS for your year group and access the link in general/files/Dance Fitness.

Session 1 and Session 2 have been uploaded for this week. Watch out for more to come!

    • Have a drink at hand
    • Why not get your mum, dad, brother or sister to join in too?

Please send a photo, to your teacher, of you and your family getting active. Have fun!
