Having closely followed the weather forecast and the actual conditions as they have developed this evening, we have taken the decision to close Whitestone Infant School tomorrow, Friday 9^th January. We have looked at the Met Office advice and the recent police notifications about the dangerous road conditions and feel that the closure is necessary to prioritise the safety of families and staff members.
