Last week Year One was visited by the Nuneaton and Bedworth Fire Fighter crew.
They taught us the following:
Don't play with matches or lighters.
When there is a fire you should shout 'Fire Fire' and call 999.
If you are on fire you Stop, Drop and Roll.
Stay safe when there is a fire.
To get out of the house if you hear a smoke alarm.
Oliver really enjoyed practising how to stop, drop and roll.
Daisy enjoyed watching Miss Turner put the protective suit on.
Faith was fascinated by the fire engine which sounded its siren as it left.
We have learnt a lot and had fun too and will enjoy all the resources they have left for us.
